Upskilling Opportunities

In what has been a well-documented skills shortage within the construction industry, Tradeline have teamed up with the TFL/LLDC backed Skills Centre based at Olympic Park in Stratford, with the aim of upskilling residents and locals in East London (in association with the Mayor’s Construction Academy).

The partnership with the Skills Centre allows us to tap into a pipeline of local candidates who are looking to gain employment or upskill themselves. We can utilise this for an array of clients across the area whilst providing people with ‘Build East training courses,’ offering a diverse caseload of potential workers to both Tradeline and our trusted clients.”

One of our London based Labour Hire Consultants Jack Speckman was instrumental in arranging this and it is a fantastic way for Tradeline to help the local community and at the same time help us to develop some of our existing work-force in the area.
